Arbroath Seafest....

Went to Arbroath on the East coast last weekend to the seafest- a big festival of all things related to the sea. We actually had some nice weather too! The following day we went to St Andrews beach and swam in the sea (air temp 19 degrees C, water temp about 15 degrees C) - wetsuits definately required! The last picture of the boat is our neighbours friends just completing the race out to the Bell Rock and back.

A Grand Scottish Prom...

Dave and I have had a busy weekend. First of all Scotland beat Ireland in the rugby, then we had 5 folk staying in our little cottage for the Glamis proms and firework display at Glamis Castle, just down the road from our house. Unfortunately the weather was awful, but that didn't stop us - we bought a gazebo to keep us dry. Enjoy some of the pictures...

Celebrated my last ever hospital shift last weekend. Am now in GPland for good : )

Leona and Neil - friends from Penicuik and high school days came up for the weekend too - we visited a big waterfall!
